Giftwrap

We are happy to provide our popular giftwrapping services to our online customers! In order to avoid mistakes and delays, please carefully read the guidelines below:

• Please add Giftwrap to your cart for each item you want giftwrapped. The number of Giftwraps in your Cart should correspond to the number of items you want wrapped.
• If you have several small items that you want wrapped in one package, you only need to purchase one Giftwrap (please specify this request in the comments at Checkout).
• Please give any special instructions in the Comments at checkout. You may specify gender preferences for gifts, as well as request multiple small items in one package. The ultimate color choices and design of the giftwrap will be up to our expert giftwrappers.
• If you only want certain items in your Cart to be giftwrapped, please Giftwrap to your Cart the appropriate number of times, and specify in the comments at Checkout which items you would like to be giftwrapped.
• Please note that some items may not be able to be giftwrapped. If you have requested giftwrap on an item that is not eligible, we will contact you and issue you a refund.
• Refunds for services performed—including giftwrap—are not given, except in instances of clear damage or negligence on the part of the service provider.
